About Camosun College's Educator Development Program
Camosun College 's Educator Development Program is an online program that addresses topics and abilities essential for effective teaching practice. The program is packaged in a modular format to allow people to work at their own pace. Included in each module are self-testing exercises and questions that invite self-reflection and discussion.
Part of the learning process will involve opportunities for participants to come together, on a face-to-face basis or virtually, to discuss the concepts and information included in each module.
The six modules, each composed of three or four units, follow a natural sequence, however, each can be studied on its own. Content in several of the modules has been taken, with permission, from the Learning Exchange Networks (LENs) program offered through the League for Innovation in the Community College.
